Where exactly is the College site?
In 2004 the Serbian Orthodox Dicoese for Australia and New Zealand purchased land for the specific purposes of providing educational and aged care services to the community. The title is held by the Diocesan body SERBIAN ORTHODOX DIOCESE EDUCATION AND AGED CARE FUND. The property, comprising some 70 hectares is located in the south-west Sydney suburb of Varroville, only 40 minutes from the central business district. Its proximity to the major Serbian residential settlements stretching from Bonnyrigg to Liverpool, has been enhanced by the construction of new roads and the M4, M5 and M7 motorways

Why Varroville?
The land is located in the very heart of Sydney’s newest growth area, the Bringelly Development.  ( Attachment 1) Some 500,000 people will settle in the area over the next 15 years. Housing affordability in areas closer to the Bringelly Development has resulted in a steady stream of Serbian families moving closer to Varroville. This trend will continue, particularly given the  imminent land releases within the Bringelly Development.

How do I get there?
St.Andrew’s Rd runs off Old Campbelltown Rd. The property has another access point from Camden Valley Way which is not currently used.
